Saturday Serving...(ok it's Sunday)

I haven't done much in the way of cooking lately because I am a slacker and haven't wanted to clean the kitchen. Yeah I know lame.
Well I went over to:
Photobucket

I was browsin around, ya know shopping for
an easy peasy meal.
Well I always buy bulk chicken breasts,
sometimes frozen sometimes fresh.
Well I need to get the ones I've got in the fridge seperated out and frozen before they spoil.

My little monster loves him some chicken nuggets. So I used her recipie to try her version. Well I am one batch down and they really are YUMMY!

Homemade Chicken Nuggets

4 Chicken Breasts, cubed

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

½ c. parmesan cheese (grated or dried)

½ teas. garlic powder (I used garlic salt & just skipped the salt)

½ teas. salt

Skim milk (or whatever you have)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
(These can be made in a toaster oven to eliminate heating up the house during the summer.)

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and salt in a bowl or a Ziploc bag.
Dip chicken cubes into milk then in the bread crumbs.

Place on a cookie sheet so they are not touching. Bake about 20 minutes.

You may want to turn them over ½ way through the baking
so the bottom and top are equally crispy.

Serve with fruit & dipping sauce of choice. I personally didn't hink they needed ANY!

He ate lunch and I threw the rest in the freezer
for those nights when I get...
" Mommy I want chicken nuggets"
Oh that's like everynight!!!

Thanks again Envy My Cooking!!
