It's called Retro Camera by Urbian
It takes pics and it has this awesome old fashioned feel.
I can't wait to start shooting.

Seriously if you have a droid you have got to play with it! it is the most fun I've had in a long time! I haven't even played with the other settings yet. I can't wait, but my stupid phone needs charged!! LOL
