HOLY MOLEY!

Ok so I found this super, awesome, mega-fabulous site!!

You can create your very own wall collage from any picture.

Yes I said ANY picture.

You can choose what size you'd like your mural to be.

Select you image (can't be over 1 megabyte)

You can adjust your width. I changed mine to 3 across.

If you mess with it you can get it positioned just like you'd want it.

It then gives you a link to download it.

It's in pdf format. And I did this to show you what it is.

I will have nine 8 1/2 x 11 sheets to make the wall mural.

I did this will my son's name. 6 sheets. Kinda Cute.

I also did a picture of my son to see how it would come out and I framed all four of them.

Capital Christmas Tree

This year is the first time the Capitol Tree will be coming from Wyoming.

It stopped in Cody yesterday and caused quite the hub bub.

I'm glad I got to be there and see it. I mean it was all closed up in a semi but you could stand in line and look through a window to see it. I know it seems silly to go see a "TREE" but it was different.

Then to know when they show it on TV that it came from our state,

and that I go to be apart of the visit...

Kinda special.

Well here is:

U. S. Capitol Christmas Tree 2010 in Washington, DC

This was the one from AZ 2009

A Capitol Christmas Tree has been an American tradition since 1964. The first tree was a live 24-foot Douglas fir planted on the west lawn of the U.S. Capitol. The original Capitol Christmas Tree died after the 1968 tree lighting ceremony due to a severe wind storm and root damage. The tree was removed and the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service has provided the trees since 1969. The 2010 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree will be harvested by Bridger-Teton National Forest in the State of Wyoming. Schoolchildren from Wyoming will make 5,000 ornaments reflecting the theme of Wyoming- Forever West that will be used to decorate the tree.

Quite the turn out.

Then was pulling down where the mass of people are to park overnight.

Sunday Serving ~ Fry Bread easy Substitute

Here is another, late by a day Saturday Serving.

Who out there LOVES fry bread?

I am a huge fan!

Our family usually takes the long route and bakes a batch of bread in the bread maker then rips off parts and deep fries them then smothers them in syrup and butter. What is your favorite way to eat it?

As you may know there are hundreds of thousands of ways to have it.

I had a hankerin' for it the other day and I did not have the ingredients for it so I just tried a little somethin'.

I must say the result is of course not the same as the mouthwatering goodness of the real thing, but it fed my need in the moment.

Just pop open a can of biscuits

Fry them up in a bit of oil. You need to keep smashing them down so they don't rise.

Smother with butter and syrup. 

I found this cool little deal when I was looking around for stuff.

Wouldn't this be awesome to have fried bread on a stick and dip it in syrup!!!

Idea to my Followers

I am so addicted to everyones linky parties.

I always go look even when I don't link up. But most of the time I try to link up.

So I was starting to think I may try my own linky on tuesdays. I would call it.

You know to encourage those to link with tutorials. I of course am not going to demand it, but I figure if I promote it for the tutorials I may get a good following. I know I'm not all famous in blog land quite yet but

I am beyond grateful for my 42 followers.

And some of you are famous in your own right.

Maybe if you all like my idea you could let me know if I should follow through.

New Look

As you can tell I have changed my blog yet, AGAIN! I know give it a rest. I just can't seem to find a look I'm happy with. I'm not very blog literate so I have no clue what I'm doing when I'm trying to create little things to make it stand out. I tried my hand at the Inspirational faves button on the right and I'm still just not too happy about it.

 I have no clue how to lay it out to do what I want it to.

 So even now I'm still just settling.

Oh well my brain is fried from doing what I've done. So good enough for now. Hope you like it.

Sunday Drive

Sunday afternoon we took a little drive up the Northfork towards Yellowstone Park.

Cody is the East entrance to Yellowstone so there is a beautiful scenic drive to head that direction and usually filled with animals including Grizzly & Black Bear.

There are plenty of rock formations on the way there as well and my son wanted pics of them all.

Here are a couple:

On the right is a shoe.

There were not many animals out this time as there usually are.

You can often see Moose, Elk, Deer, Sheep, & Bear.
