Everyone needs a pair of patriotic shoes, am I right?
Well with a little effort and contemplation....
I made me a pair of shoes.
I used ribbon I found at Wal-Mart.
Some cardboard & some shoe inserts.
I used a pattern from my flip-flops I LOVE!!
Then cut out the cardboard.
Cut strips of the wide ribbon just long enough to
cover the tops and wrap over the edges.
cover the tops and wrap over the edges.
I covered each piece of ribbon with a extra strong durable packaging tape.
The bottoms are covered in black duck tape and
should last long enough for me to tromp around town on the 4th.
I hope you like it!!

so darling!!!
